Just choose the rate at which you want the image to refresh and you’re away!

You can log on and check out on Fresh & Jo and see what they really get up to during their breakfast show, keep an eye on Andy Nash in the morning, and see what James gets upto during the big drive home. 

The webcam which is trained on our presenters in our main studio.  Sometimes our programmes can come from another studio which does not have a webcam.
